On November 9^th, teachers and students in Yango University welcomed the 16^th Sports Meet with full enthusiasm and energy. The release of three hundred pigeons, a symbol of hope, kicked off the games.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, with the neat and unified movements and steps, thousands of students in the sports field followed the music and danced collectively, bringing extremely beautiful visual effects.

整齐统一的动作和步伐，运动场上千名学子跟着音乐，集体舞蹈，带来了极美的视觉效果。

Square performance 方阵表演

All the schools of our university staged their impressive square displays. The energetic and exhilarating performance was just the beginning of what would become a phenomenal meet.

我校各学院进行了精彩的方阵表演。 充满活力、令人振奋的表演预告了一场非凡比赛的开始。

The national flag group 国旗班

The firm eyes, upright posture and neat pace of the national flag team amazed the entire stadium.

国旗班坚定的眼神、挺拔的身姿、整齐的步伐，惊艳了整个体育场。

After the athletes and the judges making their solemn pledges, the competition started. 在正式庄严的运动员和裁判员代表宣誓环节后，比赛正式开始。

The baton handoff formed into four perfect curves，which symbolized the unity and limits in sport. At the exact moment, the athletes were passing not only the baton, but also their desire to win.

四条完美的弧线，被一根小小的接力棒连接。这是团结的标志，是运动的极限。此刻，运动员传递的不只是接力棒，还有他们对胜利的渴望。

Fancy rope skipping 8字跳绳

The teachers communicated together, while adjusting the rhythm in practice and cooperating with each other. Excitement and passion filled the playground and teachers seemed like flying back to their youth with their jumping and leaping.

老师们一起沟通，一边实践中调整节奏，一边相互配合，刺激与激情充斥在四周，跳跃飞起，更像是教师们飞回青春里的自己。

The athletes’ firm paces, ambitious dreams and vigorous postures were the best memories left to the track and youth!

运动员们步伐坚定，脚踏梦想，一道道矫健的身姿，这些都是留给跑道与青春最美好的回忆！

Shot put铅球

Waving the arms full of power, the athletes drew a beautiful arc across the horizon. At that moment, spilling sweat reflected sufficient eagerness and expectation.

挥舞着充满力量的双臂，那一刻，一道优美的弧线划过地平线，挥洒而出的汗水，寄托满满的热切和期盼。

Triple jump 三级跳

Running, taking off, soaring and landing! Every jump represented the courage, the transcendence and a self-breakthrough. With their youthful speed and vitality, they left a lot of wonderful moments on the field.

助跑、起跳、腾空、落地，每一次起跳都是一种勇气，一次超越，一场突破自我的挑战。

The golden sand rose with the wind, cheering for players’ admirable determination.金黄的细沙随风而起，那是在为选手的拼搏喝彩。

Cheerleaders/rooters啦啦队

The scorching sun could not stop the enthusiasm of the cheerleaders. While athletes were sweating on the field, the cheerleaders were shouting their encouragement and support.

烈日也挡不住啦啦队同学们的热情，运动员们在场上挥洒汗水，他们也在呐喊助威！

Although the school sports meet has come to a successful end, the warm moment inside and outside the field has become another “Yango” memory of the New Year.

校运会虽已圆满落幕，但赛场内外的“温情”时刻，成为新一年的“阳光”记忆。

The best of youth is all about witnessing them persevere and overcome difficulties again and again, as well as enjoying the happiness and victories they win in the games.

青春最好的见证是看他们一次次坚持不懈与克服困难，在比赛中享受胜利给他们带来了快乐。

The significance of this sports meet transcended more competition and trophies. No matter what the outcome, every athlete on the sports field deserves to win our cheers and applause! Salute them.
